Tools

Free tools for measurable growth.

Two practical, free tools. One shows where your digital system stands today. The other keeps your campaign data consistent enough to trust in your analytics and your CRM.

01Digital Growth Audit

Review your website and your lead management in a single step.

Automated checks of your home page, robots.txt and sitemap, combined with your answers about how you manage your leads. 15 areas, and each finding states how it was determined.

What the audit reviews

15 areas

  • Verified

    Checked on your live site

HTTPS and HSTS, page title, meta description, headings, canonical tag, language, indexing, structured data, social media metadata, image alt text, robots.txt, sitemap, mobile viewport, server response time and HTML size.

  • Observed

    Found in your page's code

Calls to action, booking links, forms, contact options (including WhatsApp links), a link to the privacy policy and analytics or CRM tags. That they are in the code is a fact; how they are configured, or whether they work, is not.

  • Inferred

    Inferred from your answers

Where leads are recorded, how consistently they get a reply, what is automated, how results are measured and which AI opportunities are worth validating.

  • Not verified

    Reserved for human review

Positioning, messaging and user experience require judgment. They are marked as not verified and discussed with you; they are never presented as analyzed.

Server response time is measured from our own server. Core Web Vitals metrics are included only when measurement with Google PageSpeed Insights is enabled and data is available for your site.

02Campaign URL builder

Tag every campaign link the same way.

UTM parameters tell your analytics, and your CRM, where each visit came from. They are only useful when every link follows the same naming convention.

  • Names must match exactly

Reports group traffic by the literal value. linkedin, LinkedIn and li appear as three different sources, and campaign results get split among them.

  • Attribution reaches the CRM

On this site, the audit, contact and quote forms attach two touchpoints to every lead record: the first visit and the most recent visit from a campaign or a referring site. With clean UTMs, both can be read.

  • Consent decides what is stored

Without analytics consent, campaign data is kept only for the current visit. With consent, the first touchpoint is remembered across visits.

The page people land on. Any parameters the URL already has are kept; existing utm_ values are replaced.

The initiative this link belongs to, for example: spring-launch.

Tells apart links in the same campaign, for example: carousel-a or bio-link.

Usually the paid search keyword.

Campaign URL

The URL appears here once the destination, source, medium and campaign are valid.

Normalized parameters

utm_source

utm_medium

utm_campaign

utm_content

utm_term

Values are lowercased, accents are removed, spaces become hyphens and any other characters that are not letters, numbers, hyphens, underscores or periods are removed.

Conventions

  • Lowercase only. Analytics tools treat LinkedIn and linkedin as two different sources.
  • Hyphens instead of spaces: spring-launch, not Spring Launch.
  • One name per source, used everywhere, so CRM attribution groups leads correctly.
  • A short, fixed list of mediums, so channel reports stay comparable over time.

Want those UTMs to reach your CRM?

Campaign attribution includes a UTM tagging plan and saves the source of each lead in the CRM.
