Evidence level C: pricing guides published by agencies and vendors. Their scopes are not equivalent to each membership (for example, the CRM being compared is a HubSpot implementation by an agency, without licenses or maintenance), so the figures are a market reference, not third-party quotes or an exact comparison. How it works
From the first conversation to continuous improvement.
Nothing starts without a scope and a price in writing. After that, at each review of your membership you know what was done and what comes next.
Step 1
Diagnosis
We learn about your business, your channels and how you manage your leads today. You can start with the free Digital Growth Audit.
Step 2
Proposal with scope and price in writing
We send you a quote with the recommended membership, what it includes, what it does not include, the price and the terms.
Step 3
Implementation
We build and connect your system: website, CRM, automations and measurement, with staged deliveries you can review.
Step 4
Continuous improvement
We maintain the system, review the data with you at the frequency of your membership and prioritize the next improvements.
Prefer a one-off project?
If you only need one specific system, such as a website, a CRM or an automation, we can also build it as a project with a fixed scope. Explore the catalog or ask for a direct quote.
Start: $300 one-time payment, maintenance plan $100 per month. Essential: $500 one-time payment, maintenance plan $125 per month. Boost: $900 one-time payment, maintenance plan $150 per month. Growth: $1,500 one-time payment, maintenance plan $200 per month. Scale: $4,000 one-time payment, maintenance plan set after evaluation. Custom: custom quote, maintenance plan set after evaluation. The one-time payment covers building your system; the maintenance plan starts when we publish it.
What is the monthly maintenance plan?
It is what keeps your system running after launch. The monthly maintenance plan covers hosting, SSL certificate, updates, security, backups and the adjustment hours for your tier. It starts when we publish your system and covers what we build and host for you. The monthly maintenance plan is paid month to month, with a 12-month commitment from launch; at the end of each 12-month term, it renews for another 12 months unless you give us 30 days' notice. You can cancel a plan or the monthly maintenance plan by giving us 30 days' notice; if you cancel the maintenance plan before the current 12-month term ends, you pay the remaining monthly fees to complete it. Adjustment hours do not carry over from one month to the next. It does not include redesigns, new sections or features, changes to third-party systems or licenses: those are quoted separately. For Scale and Custom, the maintenance plan is set when we evaluate the project, based on its size and its integrations.
Can I cancel the monthly maintenance plan? Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes.
What is not included in the price?
Monthly content, ongoing SEO, optimization sessions, redesigns and new features are quoted separately. WhatsApp messages and third-party licenses are charged at cost, with advance notice.
How do I pay?
When you accept your written proposal, you pay in full or, from Boost, in two parts (50% on acceptance and 50% on approval of the final version), by bank transfer (Mercury in the U.S. or Wise from other countries). The monthly maintenance plan is activated on launch day and paid month to month. Payments are received by MAGNA GLOBAL LLC, the company that owns JX Systems.
Do you issue invoices, including for Spain and the European Union?
Yes. We issue a digital invoice from MAGNA GLOBAL LLC, through Wise or Mercury, including for customers in Spain and the European Union; for them, the proposal and the invoice are in euros (EUR). Prices do not include any applicable taxes.
How long does it take for my system to be ready?
It depends on the size of the project: normally between 5 and 15 business days, Monday through Friday (for example, 5, 7 or 15 business days depending on the scope). The exact launch date is agreed in writing in your proposal.
What is the launch guarantee?
We agree in writing on the date we publish the first version of your system. If we miss it for reasons attributable to us, your first month of the maintenance plan is free. It does not apply if the delay is due to content, access, approvals or payments that depend on you. It is a guarantee on our timeline, not on your sales.
Can I ask for a refund?
Yes. You have 15 days from your first payment to request it in writing. We prorate: we charge only for the work done up to that day, according to the stage-by-stage breakdown in your proposal, and return the rest; if we have not started yet, we return everything you paid. In both cases, any taxes already paid that cannot be recovered and the administrative costs stated in your proposal are deducted. The full conditions are in the Terms.
Why does the first year cost less than hiring each piece separately?
Because we work with a single base system, shared tools and one provider, instead of coordinating several. We show market ranges with their sources so you can compare for yourself: they are pricing guides published by agencies and vendors (evidence level C) and their scopes are not identical to each membership, so they are a reference, not an exact comparison.
Can I change memberships later?
Yes. You can move to another membership when your business grows or your priorities change. We review the new scope together and update it in a new quote.
How do I ask for a quote?
However you prefer: by WhatsApp or with the quote form. In both cases we ask you a few questions to understand your business before proposing a scope.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Results depend on your market, your offer and your operation, so we don't promise figures, search rankings or visibility in AI search engines. What we do is measure with verifiable data, show you what works and what doesn't at each review, and adjust the system accordingly.
Do you use artificial intelligence?
Only where we say so. The Digital Growth Audit and the scoring of requests are deterministic rules, not AI. If AI processing is turned on, the business context of your request (without your name, email or phone number) may be sent to an AI provider to create an internal summary for our team: it is a draft that is never sent to you and does not make decisions about you. In the Scale membership, AI agents prepare lead briefs, classify inquiries and extract data, and a person reviews their work before any important action.
Do you work with businesses outside my country?
We work in Spanish and English with entrepreneurs and companies in the United States, Europe and Latin America. The published prices are in dollars (USD); if your business is in the European Union, your proposal and your invoice are in euros (EUR).
